Ubackdrop ship to worldwide! Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend's orders will be handling the next Monday. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Please keep an eye on your Email.
Delivery Time(about 7-15 business days)=Proof Confirm Time+ Production Time+Shipping Time Proof
Confirm Time : If you customize backdrops, we will send you a proof to confirm by email.
Note: You need to confirm the proof as soon as possible, we usually send you a proof within 2 days!!!
Produce time: The backdrops produce time is about 4-6 days.
Transportation time:
Europe (England, France, Germany etc) : 4-6 business days (Don't include clearance time)
North America(USA, Canada, Mexico ect) : 3-6 business days
Australia: 4-7 business days
South Affrica: 4-7 business days
Asia(India, Japan, ect): 6-8 business days
South America(Brazil, Chile, Argentina ect): 6-10 business days
Others: 6-8 business days (In the same country, depending on the address, there will be a gap of 1-3 days.)

- Unless noted all orders ship via DHL,DPD or UPS!!!
- Please write the detailed street address when you filling in, otherwise we can only use EMS delivery (slower than others)

- For US, CA, AU, shipping fee is 12 USD , if you orders over 55 USD will free shipping.
